Requirements to Become a Montfortian

A. General Requirements

1. Physically and Spiritually Healthy.
2. Graduated from Seminary High School or KPA.
3. High school/vocational high school graduates must complete the Aspirate SMM or Upper Preparation Class education.
4. Take the SMM entrance test both in writing and through interviews.

B. Administrative Requirements

1. Application letter / application in writing (handwritten).
2. Baptism letter signed by the parish priest and 2 photocopies (not older than 6 months).
3. Confirmation letter and 2 photocopies.
4. Letter of Recommendation from the Parish Priest.
5. Letter of Recommendation from Middle Seminary Leader (for seminary graduate candidates).
6. Letter of Recommendation from the SMM or KPA Aspirate Leader (for prospective SMM or KPA Aspirate graduates)
   
7. Diplomas and a list of final exam scores (original and 5 legalized photocopies).
8. High school / vocational school report cards (original and photocopies ranging from grade 1 to grade 3 that have been legalized).
9. A color photograph with 4×6 collared shirt (10 sheets).
10. Original Birth Certificate or Birth Identification Letter and 2 photocopies
11. Parental Permit is handled by the parents and the head of the station.
12. Letter of latest medical examination result (complete examination).
13. Original identity card and photocopy.
14. Photocopy of Family Card.
15. Photocopy of identity card or proof of parental citizenship.
16. Original BPJS card and photocopy (if any).
17. Family data/genealogy of three generations.
